Our facrtory covers 100, 000 square meters and have more than 200 workers, also 34 engineers. We own 200 units of production equipments. Our foundry has high pressure molding, reprocessing line, middle frequency furnace and cupola 4 units. They can smelt Antiwear alloy cast Iron, stainless steel, alloy, Ductile Iron and other materials. Besides, we have professional casthouse fast analyzer, Magnetic Particle Testing, Mechanical strength properties of test Inspection equipments. Heat treatment consists of Furnace, quenching tank, anti-corrosion coating machines, 10 units of machining equipments. Totally we produce more than 12, 000 units of different kinds of pumps. The main products of our company are high efficient solid-liquid two-phase slurry flow pump, AY, Y and other centrifugal pumps, IH chemical pumps, Sewage pumps, ZLB Axial flow pump and HW Mixed-flow pump etc dozens of pump series. They have been widely used in the feild of coal, electricity, metallurgy, nonferrous metals, river dredging, large-scale water conservancy projects, urban water supply and so on with brand of CY. We supply OEM service and make by customer`s draft, design selection and special material parts making. The pumps have been sold to more than 80 countries and get good reputation.
